Request for Expression of Interest for Designing, Developing and Implementing IT-Based Integrated Management System.
Net Consult Consulting Engineers and Architects PLC (Net Consult) provides multi-disciplinary and integrated consultancy services on Civil Engineering Design, Construction Supervision and Construction Management. Net Consult would like to invite qualified bidders for provision of consultancy services for integrated management system of the company by overhauling its Quality Management System, Performance Management System, Management Information System and, Project Management and Monitoring System.
A complete set of bidding document (Terms of Reference) can be purchased by any eligible bidder from Net Consult Head Office, Biselex Building 2^nd floor, in front of Commercial Cabin Crew & Leadership Training School, with a non-refundable fee of 100 Birr (One Hundred Birr). 
Interested eligible bidders are invited to submit proposals that satisfy requirements stated in the Terms of Reference. Bidders are supposed to have valid license for 2011 E.C indicating the type of business that they are engaged in, VAT registration certificate, tax clearance certificate for 2011 E.C and relevant professional certificate valid for 2011 E.C. The proposals must be delivered within 20 days from the date of this advertisement.
